I finally got my 04 R1100S mandarin/grey (19K mi.) on the road this weekend. I've been removing and replacing things, cleaning and finally tuning it since early November. It came to me stock, (in)complete with missing nuts and bolts, non functional rear brake , and a nice coat of road gunk everywhere. Now it runs, rides and looks great. I've spent hours reading your old posts on just about everything related to oilheads. Seems there's nothing I've needed to know that hasn't been covered here.
