205/60-15's have the approximately the same diameter as the stock sizes which means your speedo will read correctly.

I would go with a nice all season tire for everyday driving. There are a number of All season High Performance tires listed at Tire Rack for this service.

If you have a second set of wheels, look into some Toyo RA-1's or R-888's for track tires. Go with a 205/50-15 for quicker gearing at the expense of top speed.
