Yes, I had 5 of the injectors serviced (witchhunter) and Had to replace one from our host.
I may have dropped that plug when I got it out I don't remember, I see the chip in the ceramic now.
The car was running kind of rough for the first 600 miles or so from the vacuum leaks, that could be the issue. I have new plugs in now and will check them in a couple hundred miles and see how they look then.
