Well, after 2 solo 5 mile loops, I gathered up my maiden and off we went.

10 miles each way out into the countryside to visit my buddy, his wife and the newest baby.

Buddy not home, older child not home, wife and baby home...

The Bursch is LOUD. it's great...the car feels really well balanced, and is a little wandery...

I'm stilll smoking a bit...weird...I did an oil change, and put the prescribed amount of oil back in, and it seems overfilled again...the oil fairy must be visiting the garage at night.

anything above 3500 rpm is a glorious cacaphony of valves pistons, and carbs. The flat four is seriously awesome.

so my wife and I got home, smelling of old car, and a ringing in our ears. she gets out..."I feel like I've been to a rock concert. This thing's pretty cool"

It's been 4 years in the making, and worth every penny.
