I could actually make a remotely moveable camera mount. It would pan up/down/left/right. I have an old 3 channel remote control for an old glider. Use that with a couple of servos. No problem. Now, trying to remotely focus... I'm trying to Google a system that would work for you and cost under $500.

These are the batteries I use for the receiver. I plug it into a spare UPS that is not use to charge.
