I just got my flu shot on Thursday. Had a little cold this week but think I am on the upswing now. Haven't run at all this week so the half is going to be interesting this weekend. My friend who has been taking pole for quite some time took me a "cardio pole" class at the studio she goes to. Made a fool of myself but two days post, I have to say it definitely fulfilled its purpose. My arms and abs are killing me. Can barely lift my computer bag without wincing. Need to keep up with this.

Now need to read a couple more pages of the thread. Hard to keep up with you folks.
