I'm currently have a appeal going for two moving traffic violations. Was ticketed for weaving in and out of a four lane road, when the actual road was only three lanes...
At county court I was found guilty. I proceeded to file a appeal with the supreme court. This was approximately 6 months ago. I just received a letter yesterday that stated:
Notice of final disposition of appeal by trial court:
- Order of deposit bond disposition
followed by:
You do NOT need to return to court. The judgment of this court has been affirmed. Any applicable payment or posted deposit has been applied to the civil penalty. The matter is satisfied in full.
I take it they dismissed my appeal?
