No throttle control? We must be talking about different things...I'm referering to the throttle linkage from the pedal back...did the 911 have a throttle cable similar to an old Ford or Chevy truck? I know I had one on my hay truck when I was a kid...put the truck in gear, loop the wheel to hold it straight, set the throttle to a nice walking speed...get out and throw hay on the trailer...just had to be aware of where the row ended...people get ticked when your truck drives itself through their fence...
