well its over. he was outside the other day and i called him over. i said my sign was pretty good wasnt it. he said he new he was whipped after that.

it came down to what i thought it was all about. someones dogs getting into his trash. he said yea, quote "i found out it was not your dog that did it"
i told him that if he had just come over and talked to me, instead of a 12 year old, that we could have resolved this in the begining, and he agreed.
we talked and joked about it for a bit and i think things are all good. i even offered him my old workbench, which is still good, but he did not have room for it now.

people on here have talked about dog laws and such. that does not really matter here. his dogs are in my yard, and 2 other neighbors yards and so no one can really complain to anyone else about there dog.
i told him its about picking your battles. yea, there is a dog that gets in my trash and has chewed up tools and such, but instead of starting a fight that i know will not go anywhere, i just make sure i dont leave tools out or the dog can get in my trash and life is all good.

i have not really followed this anymore since gogar ruined it for me. thanks. his little "story" that was made up was no where close to anything factual that happened and i hope it did not sway anyone into thinking that is what went on.

i took my sign down. anyone need a 4x8 private property sign? maybe gogars neighbor?
