Good try, always like to see new ideas but it doesn't work for me. Louvre's are generally used in in unvented sheet metal areas. Additional venting.
Placing a louvre'd plate in an already screen vented area is simply a 'look' and doesn't do anything 'purposeful'....louvre's are by their nature purposeful so there is no balance to it.
Now if you sold louver'd rear decks with original screens then you'd have a product.
