If it's like Netgear, you should be able to connect disks to Linux PC and get the data off. Did you contact their Tech Support? RAID 10 is nothing but Mirroring & Striping. Thus, you only need one half off mirrored drives to recover data.

Usually, it's some sort of Linux used in the back. Thus the file system should be ext3 or such...
