I have not received any statements, no bills, no phonecalls, no notifications from them, nothing.

I in that 2 months have phoned them around 20 times trying to find out why my bills were not coming, and to get the address corrected so I got a bill, I even drove to Waldorf an hours drive away to see them to get a phone added to the account for the eldest when he arrived in mid Dec, and they couldn't help me as the account had been originally opened by the embassy on my behalf. At no time in any of those phonecalls, or the visit to their corporate business shop, did they tell me that I was in arrears for my account, or that I had "unusual" activity on my account.
