as soon as I exhaust my avenues with AT&T (and I will find them), if I don't get any satisfaction to this, I will be finding the ombudsman or what ever it is called here, to sort it out.

I know it is not all there fault, I thought we had unlimited talk and text on our family account, and since I have received only minimal information from AT&T and I can't logon or anything like that to check my account (as it was set up under the Embassy umbrella) and I have limited access to any information with my account even by phone (as it was set up under the Embassy umbrella), my information about my account was severely limited. I was just paying what they said I owed, until now!!!!!

Still didn't get a bill I just got a letter telling me I owed $9,495.73 and to pay immediately.

I still feel sick. Hopefully tomorrow one of these morons will ring MEEEEE back and help me sort out this mess.
