When you click on the program it first installs itself to run at login, then imitates a system lock up with and error screen saying the system has been corrupted, contact an administrator, it provides a "restart" button that moves out of the way when you try to click on it. When you do a hard reboot the program is the first thing that runs and it looks as if you are spewed. They are servers so except for the actual reboot time, everything still works, only the person sitting at the console screen is fooled.

So far I've caught 2 people snooping around on the servers that shouldn't have been.
