Jake, I'm not sure. It might have been Stan Rogers' "Lies", or Rod Stewart's "You're In My Heart", or maybe a song I wrote about how a friend of mine met his wife, thirty years ago.
I hadn't really noted the time or what I was playing, nor was I aware of when the owner went to their table.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't "Heartache Tonight" or "50 Ways To Lose You Lover"
With a bunch of conversations going on among the 16 tables of diners, I am not a floor show as much as (she said) ambiance. If you are listening, you'll hear. If not, I try not to intrude.

Maybe that's why I like to play there.
