All head studs are there (row of dalivar row of steel). One through bolt is missing.
I bought this from Patrick Motorsports a while back in hopes to turn it into a turbo beast. No signs of damage, they ended up pulling the crank to sell to another customer, and sold me the case, pistons and cylinders at a bargain.
