and D, bottom line if you and Mrs Nynor are not happy, then don't put up with it, find somewhere else better that suits your needs. We are only here for a short lifetime, and don't waste it not being happy. i know that you have Mrs Nynor and your little boy, and you would be happy with them where ever, but the workplace environment is sadly where most of us spend the most time, and if your not happy there, then move on, don't put up with it. Make plans, have a good look around and find something else, a place that appreciates your skillset and talents. It is no good at all working for a bunch of f***wits. Of course there will always be people at your workplace that are good, but if the people who you work for and who run the place are stupid, there is nothing you can do about that, but take your talents elsewhere where you will be happier.
