I was with a close friend when his wife died 22 years ago. He had been at the hospital for weeks on end, so his brothers and I got him away from the hospital for a few hours. We were at his house and the phone rang and someone told him that she just passed. We turned off the TV and it turned right back on as we walked away, it happened twice and he swears it never happened before. So it was a bit freaky to all of us at the time.
