They are plenty effective! I got hit by one twice at a college party. First time I didn't realize I was going to be hit, as the guy came up behind me. Yeah, that one wasn't so bad, but I also like electricity. He then asked i I would volunteer to be shocked over my heart, to which I declined, but I said he could hit me on the right side of the chest. I told him I would tell him when to stop....... Here hold ma beer!
I did not drop to the ground, but I could not move, nor could I talk to tell him to stop. He kept going and going. I will never be tazed or stunned again!
