Sure, in times of abundance, it is. We are currently living in anything but. It's high time to make some (very easy) decisions regarding where we really need to spend taxpayer money. It's in pretty short supply right now.

Nothing more than I've already said - I really don't care enough to get any deeper into it. Suffice to say that all they did was study other studies, and admitted to weeding out certain studies based on what sounds like some pretty subjective criteria. Lazy, sloppy work. The kind only the government will pay for, with our money.
