The Dominator hike is cool... it was more cool when the ship was still standing (pulling old man card).
If you like that you may like the hike along the cliff at the golf coarse (some steep and some cactus).
Santa Monica Mountain are great too...
Never hiked Griffith park but have heard good things about it...
