Let's test you guys' and girls' talents at decorating.
Recall I'm on a kick to improve my workspace after realizing I've been suffering from low energy and down mood, what I'm calling S.A.D. although I don't know if the severity fits the clinical definition.
I have added 400 watts of "daylight" CFL to my workspace and have another 200 watts coming. I am also looking to replace the tubes in the overhead fixtures with daylight tubes. My desk area is now quite bright indeed.
I am also taking 10K IU/day of Vitamin D. And I have decided to do more outdoor exercise (road cycling, running), shifting a bit from the indoor (spin class).
Now I want to decorate my office a bit better - partly to cheer it/me up, partly just because it needs decorating.
Currently the pictures are a large B&W print of Paris, a medium B&W print of a sports car, a small dark painting of John Coltrane, and a small color print of a bicycle race poster. Otherwise, a lot of mocha-colored wall that is sucking up the light and energy.
Here are my choices - all gleaned from scanning eBay. My goal is to get some color/brightness but I also like my spare B&W theme, so I may end up getting multiple prints. Unless noted, they are poster-sized and cost $10-30 each.
