Kendall GT-1 20W 50?

I'm pretty sure nobody is up for another long oil thread, so I'll try to limit the scope of this. I use conventional oil in my 3.2, and per input here on other threads about my current Castrol GTX am considering other conventional options. The Kendall GT-1 is available locally to me, and says on its label is good for flat tappet motors, with a high ZDDP. It also says it is a racing oil.

Has anyone used this oil and have an opinion, or have any advice on it? As a "racing" oil, would it last to regular change intervals or would I be looking at more frequent changes? Any input appreciated.

My engine is bone stock, not a track car, just an occasional run to red line during fun runs.
