Found a shot I took one exciting day not too long ago.
This is 928 Euro serial number 00011, the oldest production 928 in the world.
Liberated. On a trailer, headed to higher ground and a new home.
I was driving, somewhat scared to death, knowing the history of what Jim (in passenger seat at the time) had loaded onto the trailer.
It was a very memorable day, glad to have been part of it.
I think Jim had just posted mobile phone rennlist reply to Stan (Mr. Merlin), who from Colorado had just about figured out what we where up to on our secret mission that day.
