New aluminum drip edge on all perimeter and ice/water shield on the eaves and valleys. Cut and install ridge vents. Shingles have a lifetime warranty with a 10 year labor warranty. Includes dumpster and clean up total price 13,990.00. Is that a decent price ? Job would take two days. After thinking about doing this myself I have realized I'm 55 years old and this is better left to someone younger, plus it would take me too long to do. I really just want to know if this is a decent price.
My roof is much smaller , 16 sq with about 3/4 square of a low slope area. I had a total tear off, heavy felt, tin in the valleys and frost shield and clean up done for Approx $5k. And I had mine done in 1.5 days. PLUS the contractor is well known to me and has done alot of work for me. So your price seems fair.
