I-90 Turnpike through N.Y. and the edge of Pennsylvania, into Ohio. At Cleveland, pick up I-71 South to Louisville Ky. to I-64 West to Evansville In. This is the route I would take in February.....no screwing around, get there get the car, and get back home with no curvy, twisty roads that might still have snow on them (wait till you get home for testing the car out on curves).
