With the refrigeration system you will need a compressor, cooling lines, temp sensor, controls and a cooling grid. Basicly a whole fridge just smaller.

The icecream unit had several chambers. The cooling unit was only on one of the chambers. The other two used the water and water pump to cool those along with a dipping pot for the icecream scoops. The whole thing was insulated with 3" to 4" of cork.

Any old time refrigeration guy should be able to build what you need.
