I had a 75 911 and the anchor points where in the car already. Just picked up a set of belts from a mid 80s and installed them.

Also worth a note: investigate Canadian cars as they had 3 point system in the coupes in the late 80s. I think you could possible even find a stock option for a 3 point system for a coupe or targa from a Canadian car.
