The initial getting it started problems appear to be with the engine management. The fuel pump will cut on if you jump it but, even after changing the DME relay and the sensors it will not cut on when you try to start it. Hubs turned it over by hand(which is good because it's not locked up obviously) but we have no fuel, no spark etc.
Did you see my write-up on the sequence of events for a engine start? It explains how the DME/relay/sensors all work.
