Stones are very painful! Oxycodone took the pain away for me, too bad you did not get any pain meds.

Did you get the stone? It should move into your bladder (probably what relieved the pain) and then pee out (they may give you a mesh cup to pee through). Analysis of the stone can determine the cause and suggest dietary or other changes.
