Yep, it hurts bad. I had it couple months ago. It occured at night, when everyone was at sleep. I thought I was a man, so I drove to the near by ER, at around 2am. No one of the road except me, but will never do that again. I was almost on the ground when I walked through the door.

Spent about an hour in waiting room moaning in pain, then a particularly sharp pain followed by relief. I've had one once before 20+ years ago and know the symptoms well. Almost just got up and went home but figured I might as well have urine checked to confirm. This is some crazy-ass pain when it's happening, boys and girls.
