To stomach doing this you have to enjoy what you have- why else would you "risk" investment capital on something so flaky in value?
All it takes is the latest rage TV show to come and go and that will cause the values to go crazy..... What you really need is a buddy in hollywood to give you a "heads up" on the next car TV show.
Buy when it's not-- sell when it's hot.
