The Mooncraft is a modified Daytona Prototype chassis by Riley. So its not a carbon monocoque. It was also built for Japanese GT300 racing.
The Muscle Milk coupe is a Lola chassis and is built for ACO rules for ALMS and WEC.
Not really an apples to apples comparison.
