About the only way to get $$$$$ back on a car is to make it famous somehows such as winning Lemans or the Parade concours or an SCCA national title, etc. Then hold it for 10 to 12 years and then sell it. As for me, I figure the money I save in visits to a shrink is more than off set by the money I spend on my 914, it keeps me sane!
