i get where you are coming from. consider just getting one in proper working order, being that it will probably be cheaper at this point. trust me on this, its a a porsche and fixing one up is going to be $$$. if you have an emotional attachment, i get it. if you want a 911, just get one that runs well and skip the heartache. if your mother gives you the one in question, you have parts or you have a project.
