Ride 2 mile flat road, turn, 1/2 mile slight downhill (race buses here), fast S-curve (pass cars here), sprint 300 m up bridge (try to stay ahead of cars as long as possible), cool down 300 m down bridge, ride 1 mile through downtown (time the lights), down ramp into parking garage. (10 min.) Lock bike, take elevator to lobby then to office, take off dripping rain gear, sit down. (2 min.) Usually get heart rate to 160+ on the ride, feel great and wide awake, can make it an hour before the first cup of coffee.
