If that's a pop out on the side, I would be concerned about that seam to right in the first picture. That could be expensive to fix if it won't pop out easily. The map on the back shows that it has some miles on it also. I have seen a few good ones around here (5 to 10 years old) going for the $5k to $7k range. Looks like this one was a pretty substantial hit. Frame could be racked (look at second picture.) This looks like more than a pound and seal job.
