You gotta admit, a movie off Long Walk would be AWESOME! I know it will never get made in this day and age due to subject matter, but i think Rage would make an excellent movie as well. For those not in the know, Rage is about a kid who brings a gun to school and totally snaps. SK has said in interviews that he wished he never wrote it, but it is one of his best.

I don't understand how anyone could NOT pick up one of his books and get easily hooked. For those of you out there who are not too impressed with him, go out and buy a copy of The Stand. You will not be able to put the book down. It's about the end of the world due to a deadly virus, and the aftermath of survivors choosing the sides of God or Satan for the final last stand. Scary, graphic, Fascinating.
