The passenger next to me was technically right. The passenger in front of him reached back to adjust the air nozzle that was in the domain of the passenger to the left of me. The flight attendant agreed with the man on my left on that issue. However she ruled that the man in front could recline his seat if he wanted. The man next to me objected to that and said no more.He was wrong on that issue.
The reason this whole situation escalated is because the man on my left had no people skills - he was abusive the way he talked to anybody including his wife behind him. Some people do not know how to be pleasant about what somebody else does or does not do. I just love it when a woman in authority can put men in their place.
It could have got a lot worse.
