Keep the car. And just drive it on occasion.
I have got three kids 2-5 and its kind of a struggle to restore one car and trying to make the other one run right. Not only the kids, but the wifey too
I believe this phase will be over, too soon. You will be able to sped some quality time with the kids, and they will love it.
Keep it, enjoy looking at it. And sort out those small things even if it just wiping off the rear view mirror.
You have built and awesome machine, don't part with it.
