The silly thing is you don't even have to get it to pass. You just have to throw something like $700 at the car. I wonder how much is spent per year fixing emission stuff, the overall success rate, and the reduction in pollution?

They shut down our testing here in El Paso Co. years ago. I dont see it coming back, as I'm sure it would cost way to much money to get it started up again.
