Yep, things don't look very good for him right now. Seemingly not a case of mistaken identity either, as the police have categorically stated that they are investigating a case of murder.
Basically cops get called out to a domestic disturbance. Two hours later neighbors report a gunshot, a woman screaming, and then three more shots. Cops respond and find dead girl with four gunshot wounds in bathroom - complete with with bullet holes in the bathroom door.
He is on speed dial to OJ's legal team right now I guess...
