Fleming wrote Bond to be like him as the spy he wanted to be.
Fleming was a dandy.
Lazenby was a dandy, Craig is closer to "thug" then to "dandy".
there is not one scene in any Daniel Craig Bond movie where he looks remotely elegant enough to be a true James Bond..
He's to short, to muscular and his head looks like he's a bouncer in a night club, you can never get the idea of "pitbull" ready to bite out of the scene when he is in it.
And that's just not Bond like.
The franchise has hopelessly derailed, it's so far away from what Ian Fleming had in mind, it's a sad thing really.
