For one thing Russia is HUGE
For another thing, it's close to the North Pole, so it's always pointing in the same direction , relatively speaking. and Object that's coming in , will have better chance of hitting Russia cause Russia will always be in the same spot for longer.
If something were to strike near the equator, then it would be a lottery ticket who would be hit, depending on the earths rotation..
