[Paul Shepherd]

this is on the rear guard of my 3.2 carrera and i am not really sure what it is
Rust was my first thought but this has been like this for about 8 years gradually spreading but nothing breaking through and the underside is all as it should be. I really have no idea but was wondering if there had been a repair here and something is reacting...any ideas anyone. I would like to have an idea before I take it in to be fixed
