Unfortunately, Canadian car are not ROW and have the same HP as the one found on US Car. While it has "ZZZ" in the trunk stamp, it has the normal North American VIN on the door jam sticker.
As for Carfax, mine is a Canadian that never left Ontario/Quebec so the Carfax is very good especially that garage in Quebec has to report the mileage. I was able to follow her travel time line from the day it got to the 1st dealer in Mar 83. A couple of years ago I visited the dealership (no longer selling Porsche) but and older sale men remembered when they got it. It sold within a week (match the Carfax report).
While the car has a KM speedo, my Carfax report is in Miles with a note about having it converted from KMs.
