Send them a fax explaining that you are not the person they are looking for and you have talked to their staff about having your number removed from their call list and the calls have not stopped. Tell them they can continue calling you but they must now pay you $100 per call (payable monthly) and that their acceptance of your terms will be the next call from them.

I did this with a travel company that found my fax number and would send me "Specials" every couple of days. The only difference is I told them they had to pay me per page they sent. The calls stopped.
