I have a controller buddy who just got a job at Seattle center, said its not as fun as he had imagined!
With this pilot shortage coming up, Im hoping guys like me with some flight experience will become valuable to airlines in the near future. Maybe they can come up with a training program in return for a contract of service with a particula airline.
I hate to admit it, but I dont really enjoy flying little, slow Cessnas around. I flew the 777, A320, and 757 sims at United's training center and fell in love. The faster I can get out of the little stuff the better.
