it happened here in az up north because the guy had a colt delta 10MM! they convicted him and that was part of it. lawyer portrayed him as dirty harry. other circumstances ended up getting him off and out of prison but it ruined his life! it was a justified homicide as the bad guy and his bad dog attacked him.
taught to me buy my mcso cop CCW instructor who has gone to court a hell of alot on murdurr cases.
think about hot reloads real damn hard before ya carry them for CCW or home defense.
sure mega blaster # 3/4/10/20/a hundert- reloads for hunting /plinking...............but for self defense..........SAME AS WHAT LOKAL CITY COUNTY STATE COPS CARRY!
dont believe me????? just ask any lawyer/cop/judge/prosecuting attorney what they will try to make you out as if ya got "megablaster/vaporizer" rounds and use them on some poor hungry crackhead inside your house with your BUTCHER KNIFE IN HIS HANDS! coming at ya! trying to KILL YA! and you blow his POO AWAY and SUDDENLY before you can spit.......................YOUR THE BAD GUY cuz you got the megablaster round and or gun!
and if ya got a megablaster /vaporizer cal custom whoop azz race gun .............they will make you out to be a GUN NUT and hang yer azz in court! ie. hair trigger and all the other crap only a lawyer could find out and use against you in a court of law. they will send a P.I. to every gunsmith around you and dig up any records of you having any trick/custom work done to that gun.
FYI once again ask any vet cop how jury's handle the above (2) points.
