i dont rightly know what cops here carry in their "poodle shooters" but i know for pistoles they carry federal hydrashoks
and for .308's its the obvious standard by which all others are judged federal 168gr BTHP MATCH.
for 12 gauge shotguns federal reduced recoil rounds.
and here the rounds for basic carry:
.45
.40
9mm
.38
on the subguns for dangerous hombres: 9mm /40.
i am hearing border patrol here is being outfitted with new FNH SCAR 16's(.223) and 17's(.308). and they are using the scar 17(.308) from helos on a platform that is stabilized on helo. trick stuff.
